Two brothers, Karbalayi Muhammad ʻAli and ʻAli Akbar, complain to the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, against Fath al-Dawlah, who left his wife, the sister of these two brothers, and his child 15 months ago. Mirza Abu al-Hasan, a citizen of the Ottoman Empire, whose children are in Kurdistan, died in Mecca. After his death, his wife, Liqaʼ Khanum married Shaykh Ibrahim, as a result of which, she lost custody of her children. Haji Muhammad, who is the executor of Abu al-Hasan's will, complains against Liqaʼ Khanum because she does not acknowledge the change of custodianship and has taken possession of properties that were in the hands of other guardians.
